From the Beginning

Believe Bands derived from a very close relationship between two friends.  One friend is a two-time cancer survivor whose love of life was never diminished... her spirit never broken, despite all the obstacles. She is a true inspiration to others, which motivated our founder to create Believe Bands.
As encouragement to her friend, our founder gifted her beloved friend with a simple sterling silver band. This inspirational gift was engraved with a scripture from Psalm 23 that read:“He leads me and restores my soul.” The ring brought her comfort and peace in the most trying time of her life. It was also with the intention that the ring serve as a reminder that she is not alone, and that she is much stronger than what she is going through.

Finding Strength

When realizing that this little ring had comforted her friend in such a heartfelt way,Believe Bands was born. What started out as a symbol of hope from one friend to another, turned into a jewelry business with a true meaning behind the pieces.
Our founder defines the Believe Band as "a beautiful and meaningful symbol intended to encourage, inspire, and uplift" those who mean the most to you. She wants the line to be a "pretty reminder" that everyone can do what they set their mind to, everyone is beautiful, and everyone is perfect in their own way. Her hope is that the Believe Band movement will resonate through every generation, every age, and every course of life.

A Bright Future

After seeing the positivity and joy that Believe Bands brought her closest friends and family, our  founder decided to spread those messages of love and inspiration to everyone, by expanding the jewelry line.
Now, Believe Bands consists of a wide-variety of meaningful inscribed pieces, such as crystal rings, bangles, necklaces and earrings. Her hope is to eventually reach out to a wider audience including younger girls and men.
Despite its history in Rochester, NY, our founder is eager and excited to see where the future of Believe Bands will take her, and anticipates a big push for expansion to larger markets in the near future.
