Refund policy

We hope, that you love your Believe Bands™ jewelry, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Articles can be returned to the US if the item is unworn and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. If the item is returned without the sales receipt a merchandise credit will be issued.

Items that are a special order, personalized, or sized in any way cannot be returned. Items purchased from a store must be returned directly to that store.

All refunds will be paid in full less shipping fees except in the case of an incorrect shipment. For additional help call customer service at 855-235-4389.
